Client Case Study
Taye Pitts, Relationship Coach, Corporate Consultant
Taye Pitts had already been making an impact through her relationship coaching work—but she came to us ready to build real structure behind the scenes. She knew her work was powerful, but she didn’t have the infrastructure to support consistent income or confidently pursue bigger opportunities.
We helped Taye build the operational foundation her business needed to grow and flex with her life:
Taye didn’t just commit to the strategy—she committed to becoming the woman it required.
She was hesitant at first. About showing up. About using her voice. About stepping fully into her authority. But she followed the process. She built the muscle. And over time, she grew into the positioning we had crafted for her—even before she could see it for herself.
She kept going, even when life delivered challenge after challenge that would’ve derailed most people. She stayed in the work. She made space for the new version of her business to take root.
And most importantly, she finished it.
She didn’t sit on the strategy. She didn’t delay the decisions.
She used what we built. And because of that, the system keeps working—no matter where she is in the world.
“I’ve been in programs where I paid twice as much and got half the value. But with Kendra? It’s different. Even in the middle of life life-ing—moving across the world to India, navigating chaos—I had the resources and clarity to keep going. I landed a $15K corporate contract because the systems were in place. She prepares you, motivates you, and gives from both her heart and her deep expertise. That combination? You can’t find it anywhere else.”
— Taye Pitts
What you didn’t see was the midnight coaching calls from across the world.
Taye first met me through one of my ads—specifically, my Ready to Launch webinar. And when we got on that first call, I remember her saying, “I’ve never felt this comfortable before. This feels spirit-led.”
That mattered. Because Taye is intuitive. She doesn’t move unless it feels aligned. And from that moment on, the trust was there.
We started by refining her offer in the relationship coaching space—but it was deeper than just packaging. She had been through other programs where she was told to post more, chase visibility, grow her followers. And what we built instead was a structure that made visibility optional. I’ve never been a fan of popularity. I’m a fan of systems that make results inevitable. That resonated with her. And because it aligned, she took action.
There were vulnerable moments. Breakthroughs. Full transparency. A lot of “snatch-you-up” moments when I had to challenge her to move. But she moved.
When Taye told me she was moving to India, it was massive. But we had already installed the infrastructure for flexibility—so she could run her business no matter where she lived. And I told her, “I’m used to being on the phone with India. We can still move.”
We did. I coached her through time zones. She stayed in motion. And I’ll never forget the day she messaged me and said, “I’m in Atlanta. I need to see you.” She came to my office, took me to breakfast, and sat across from me with the kind of clarity and pride you can’t teach. “I closed a $15K contract,” she told me. “And I have the systems to do this anywhere in the world.”
That’s what people don’t see.
They don’t see the tears, the breakthroughs, the loyalty, the trust.
They don’t see the quiet wins that made the contract possible.
But I do.
And she earned every bit of it.
